The Ravelin Dashboard provides several user roles, each with a different set of permissions.

Read Only

Read Only users can perform the same actions as a Support user, as well as:

• Access any apps enabled for your company, including Explore and Connect
• View all customer and order information in Explore without any market restrictions
• Toggle sandbox mode for their own account
• View Rules
• View Request logs

They cannot take any actions, such as creating rules, manual reviews, comments or tags.

Analyst

Analysts can perform the same actions as a Support user, as well as:

• Access any apps enabled for your company, including Explore and Connect
• View all customer and order information in Explore without any market restrictions
• Manually Review customers in Explore, add and remove existing Tags on customer profiles
• Delete links between customers in Connect.
• Toggle sandbox mode for their own account
• View Rules
• View Request logs

Note that Analyst roles can also be restricted to specific Markets. Market Restricted roles are the same as normal Analyst roles, except:

• Market Restricted Analysts can only navigate to Explore, Connect & Tools
