Customers have a legal right to request and obtain copies of their personal information. With the Subject Access Request tool, Admins can download Subject Access Requests (SARs) containing all information Ravelin holds on each customer on your behalf, directly from the Tools section.

Once you’ve selected a customer and clicked, download, the tool generates and downloads a Newline Delimited JSON (NDJSON) file with the requested customer data.
