Customer Profile

An Identity Risk Evaluation can be found in the Orders section of the customer profile and contains the following information:

Identity Risk Scores

• Identity Risk Score: A comprehensive score that evaluates the overall risk of the identity. A higher score indicates a higher risk.
• Identity Network Score: A score based on behavioural insights that indicates the riskiness of the transaction. A higher score means higher risk.
• IP Risk Score: A score based on multiple IP data points and velocity calculations. A higher score indicates higher risk.

Phone Number

• Validity: Indicates whether the primary phone number is valid.
• Line Type: Shows the type of phone line (e.g., mobile, landline).
• Carrier: Indicates the carrier of the input phone number.

Email Address

• Validity: Indicates whether the primary email address is valid.
• First Seen: Number of days since the primary email address was first seen.
• Last Seen: Last time an email has been seen in our network in days.

Billing Address and Delivery Address

• Validity: Indicates whether the address is valid to the street level.
• First Seen: Number of days since the address was first seen.
• Name Matches: Indicates if the address matches the input name.
