An Identity Risk Evaluation can be found in the Orders section of the customer profile. It shows some of the values sent from Mastercard Identity, there are additional values used in features for our machine learning model, these can be accessed via the query tool.

In some cases, Mastercard identity enrichment information can be suppressed. In these cases, a banner will display within the Identity risk evaluation on the customer’s profile.
Information is typically suppressed by Mastercard because of compliance considerations. For example, if someone has made a PII deletion request.
Additional data points available in the query tool under the Orders source as a nested field. To access these, simply create a new query with ‘Orders’ as a source and then select the fields you require under the nested field ‘Mastercard Identity Enrichment’.
Additionally, Mastercard identity data can be included in new or existing Rules.
