Signals are customer insights which are automatically generated by the machine learning model each time a customer is scored.
Up to 8 signals can show at once, and red signals correspond to risky insights, while green signals signify more positive customer attributes.
As signals are calculated when the customer has last been scored, any timeframes mentioned in the signal detail are relative to the last time a recommendation was provided for the customer.
Some signals have additional detail, which include links or enriched descriptions which provide some of the underlying numbers behind the signal.
Tailored Signals can now be created with rules, allowing you to highlight your most important customer characteristics on the customer profile.
To create a Signal rule, simply select your rule conditions and select “Set a Customer Signal” as the rule action, and save the rule in Live mode.
Your rule based Customer Signal will then show on the profile of any customers that meet this condition when they next transact.
