The customer review uploader allows you to apply multiple customer manual reviews at once by uploading a CSV.
Simply navigate to the customer review uploader in the Tools section and download the Customer Review Uploader Template review template. Populate all the required fields according to the instructions in the Google Sheet column headers, then save and upload your CSV file. Note that Customer ID and Label columns are required.
The uploaded document will appear in the activity feed and the status can be monitored. Once the job is processed, the job status field will show if the job has been successfully completed, and a report will be available for download. Any issues with applying a review will be marked in the report with not found. The report will say the job was completed with errors.
All historical uploads are recorded in the Activity Feed.
While a bulk tagging job is in progress, refreshing the page will show the latest upload status in line.
Note that only one job may be run at a time; additional uploaded jobs will be queued
On completion of a job, the job status field will show if the job has been successfully completed, and a success report will be available for download.
