When submitting a comment on a customer or supplier profile, you may incur the following error:

This is an automated measure due to audit requirements which does a lookup against all number series entered into the comment and checks if they are a potentially valid credit card PAN (using an algorithm known as a Luhn check). If a comment contains a potential PAN, we unfortunately cannot save it.

Occasionally this can unfortunately lead to false positives when an ID of some sort also happens to pass the Luhn check, however these should be rare.
