The authentications dashboard provides a view of all authentications made with Ravelin 3D Secure. We use the data that our 3DS Server sends and receives to display this data, including information received from the card schemes and issuing banks throughout the authentication flow.
We display higher level performance data through analytics, or a more detailed view of individual authentications through explore. You can read more about these features through dedicated Help Centre pages. Authentication data is also available in the query tool and data warehouse; please contact your Account Manager if you are interested in using these products.
Use the authentications list to display a list of your authentications. This is also where you can search for specific authentications or use the explore filters to look up a specific set of authentications.
The authentications preview and page overview include more details around the authentication, including a chronological view of the version, authenticate, and result requests.
If you are using our payment fraud or transaction optimisation products, you can also switch to the corresponding customer, payment method, and transaction views in the customer profile from here.
You can also link to the authentications page from the customer profile from the authentications block within orders, if you are using our payment fraud or transaction optimisation products.
This block will show within orders irrespective of whether Ravelin 3DS was used for the authentication or not, but there will be a 3DS Server Transaction ID and link out to the authentications page available if the authentication was processed by Ravelin.
For more details of what data was included within each version, authenticate, and result request and response, you can switch to the request logs view.
Reporting and performance data can be found using in analytics, using the ‘Ravelin 3D Secure Overview’ dropdown.
