You can view and filter on set team actions via the Activity feed. You can see a preview of this from your homepage:
But you can also find it from the main navigation:
Within the Activity section, you can see all user activity relating to:
- Manual reviews - This includes marking someone as genuine or fraudster and removing a review
- Comments - Adding or deleting a comment
- Annotations - Adding or deleting an annotation in Analytics
- Rules - Adding, editing or deleting a rule
- Users - Adding or deleting a user
- Tags - Creating or deleting a tag as well as applying or removing a tag from a customer profile
- Thresholds - Updates to your Connect or Fraud Score thresholds
- Data Exports - Any data exports from Explore or Analytics
- Forgiving disputes - Any disputes forgiven or unforgiven
- Shared files - Any files uploaded, deleted, or downloaded from Shared Files
You can filter for a specific date range and user. You can also filter by Category, for example Manual Reviews or Rules.
